Get public home
Home page payload: the help center, its featured articles and its published categories.
Takes no request input at all — no params, no query, no body. The help
center comes from request.context.helpdesk, which the host middleware
resolved from the hostname. That is what makes
GET /v1/public/home?helpdeskID=<another tenant> byte-for-byte identical
to GET /v1/public/home: the query string is never read.
